Backup

    Hi, I am moving my blog to a new host, Afrihost and is in need of a backup of my blog. Please see correspondence below:
    ‘you need to contact the WordPress and get a backup of your website from them. You can upload the website backup via FTP to our servers and let us know. We will then assist you to restore the website. You can get the DNS records also by contacting the wordpress support.

    A record is a DNS record. The A record maps a name to one or more IP addresses, when the IP are known and stable.’

    Please assist.
