Hi,
i already a have wordpress site – http://www.steinhalvorsenarkitekter.no. this was created long before i started working at the architect studio. i cant find any information about backup on the site – nor an email that i can use to conact customer service. how can i find out if a back up was done when creating the site? thank you

I’m afraid that, your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with another company.
Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.
