    Please can you send a full backup of my site to my email and the following email: (email visible only to moderators and staff) ?

    Hi there,

    At WordPress.com, we take the security of your site’s data pretty seriously, and this includes a robust system of redundant backups for all the sites we run. From that standpoint, you needn’t worry about backing up your site; we’ve got that covered.

    However, because our backups are made at the server level (and include many sites/accounts together) we don’t have a mechanism for preparing individual backups for sites.

    If you want to save a copy of your content, for any reason, you can create an export file of all your posts/pages/settings by following the steps here: http://en.support.wordpress.com/export/

    Please note that the above export method produces a computer-readable file you can use to move your WordPress site between providers, but it is not intended to be a human-readable text file.
