Backup and Reinstall?

    I’ve decided to reinstall WordPress at another web address, since WordPress seems corrupted or acting weird after an upgrade. So now I have a backup of my current blog, my question is how can I reinstall WordPress at another location and only import back my posts, themes, and images, etc?
