  Hello! I have two questions:
  1) How do I back up the blog? I read the instructions by going to wordpress.org but I did not understand anything, not knowing use plug-in. Can you explain how to do it in a simple way?

  2) I made the export of my blog. What’s the difference ‘between the buckup and export?

  1) Don’t use WP.org instructions as they do not apply to you.

  2) The Export is the correct way to make a backup for WordPress.com blogs. Be sure to include the media as well as the text in the export.

  The export. You said you already knew how to do an export. When you ccreate the export file there’s a tickbox to include media or not. Include it.
