    I cannot find a BACKUP button on my blog admins.

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    Hi there. That’s because there isn’t such a thing. WordPress.com takes care of backups for us and they have multiple redundancies so the chances of your blog disappearing completely are very slim. http://en.support.wordpress.com/export/#backups

    What you can do for your own peace of mind is to periodically create an export file of your content under Tools in the dashboard. This export file is in a format that most blogging platforms will be able to read. Note, however, that the export file does not include any media files, only links to where they are stored in your media library.

    If you want to go all-out you can then import that file to a private blog. This private can then serve as a complete online backup of your main blog.
