Backup Codes
-
I cannot see the backup codes. I click the button to generate them, and nothing happens. How do I see the list of backup codes so that I can print them?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Where is the button you are trying to use?
Are you trying to export a copy of your blog? -
The link is in the security link within the my profile. I have established the verification code process that forces a verification code to be entered during login. This verification code is generated by Google Authenticator on my smart-phone. But as a backup, you can generate codes to be used in case my phone is lost, not working, not accessible, etc.

Sorry, my not-smart phone cannot do fancy stuff like that so I have no experience with the process. Another volunteer will be able to help you I’m sure.

In the mean time, I added this tag. Maybe some of the other posts here will help:

I am not sure if you have solved your issue or not but I found several other people asking this same question and no answers as far as I could find. I worked out what was wrong for me so I thought I should share it for the next person who has the same trouble.
Check whether your browser is blocking popups, I thought mine wasn’t because Chrome doesn’t make it obvious but that was what was wrong for me. In firefox a bar will appear under the address bar and I think internet explorer does that too. On Chrome a little symbol of a window with an x through it appears near where the favourite star usually is. Anyway, click on whatever appears in your browser and add an exception for wordpress or just open the generated codes popup. You can explicitly add an exception in settings as well if you can’t find the thing to click.
Hope that helps!
