  Is there a way that I can automatically save all posts, pages, drafts and images that I have publiced/uploaded? I know that many blogs get hacked and then all the content gets lost, so does wordpress provide a solution in case something like that happens?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Go to Dashboard->Tools->Export and export a copy of your blog weekly.
