  I have backup files of the database and website files. Can someone please need upload these file.

  This forum is for the sites hosted on WordPress.com.

  You are probably running a self-hosted open-source version of WordPress.org software so you should get help at these forums:

  Hi Patrice,

  It’s not possible to upload database and site files directly to a site hosted on WordPress.com. We can only import a .xml content file that was exported from another site.

  Is the original site where you got these files still online? If so, log into the dashboard and export your content at Tools ->Export, and you’ll be able to import the file you get there:

  The backup restore doc you link to applies to WordPress.com backups, a feature that is available to sites on our Business and eCommerce plans. It has nothing to do with uploading a full site backup for a site hosted elsewhere, and is not relevant to the OP’s question.
