    hello sir, ma’m,

    i need my this website WordPress backup. because i have not access my hosting cpanel i develop online my developer upload anywhere host this website. now there is issue i am very sad, i have no access he is not reply me. please give me backup my website.

    Hello, I’m sorry to hear that you have trouble with your website. However, your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with GoDaddy.

    Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites hosted on our servers.     Your site was also not using our backup product https://jetpack.com/upgrade/backup/ so we are unable to directly assist with this.

    https://wordpress.org/support/ is an excellent resource for sites using the open-source WordPress.org software, and you can find support for that at: https://wordpress.org/support/forums/

    However in this case, I recommend contacting GoDaddy at https://www.godaddy.com/help as they may have been keeping a backup of your site with them.
