Backup link does not work

  I am moving my website to another hostserver but now I can’t get into my wordpress and can’t just the backup link either (NO I don’t have the backup on my pc. I thought the link was enough).

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  It is not tfqsite.wordpress.com that is the problem.
  It’s tfq.dk
