Backup Media Files

  Hello.

  I just like to know how I can take backup of my media files for a blog hosted at WordPress. Have noticed that WP does not allow FTP so I am not sure how I can move my hosting to different location and keep my files. I have taken backup of the content but just need the images and video.

  Hi there,

  The export file (.xml) generated by a WordPress.com export should contain all posts and pages as well as Media Files. Please just make sure you select “All Content” under the “Choose What to Export” option shown here:
