  I am wondering whether it is possible to backup my blog on wordpress.com, on my computer’s hard disk.

  We need a link to your blog, starting with http, in order to answer accurately.

  On any WordPress blog – com or org – you can visit the Tools / Export tab and export a copy of all of your posts and comments.

  Be aware that it won’t include images or other files you might have uploaded.
