backup not working, see old content

site not backed up, bought business plan, seeing content from 2022. how can I restore to march 2026? restore not working

I’m having this same problem but with the free plan. It’s stating that my business plan didn’t renew but I never had one. Now my website has reverted back to a very old style and very old content from back during 2021. I have no backup options and customer support is of no help right now. I need them to tell us what’s truly going on, were our sites hacked or was there a technical mistake done.

terrible customer support, I have a paid business plan yet no resolution. totally unacceptable.

I can’t get into contact with anyone at this point about this. They won’t even respond to chats at all and emails aren’t helpful.
They keep saying my plan downgraded from business to free but I never had a business plan to begin with from the start. There is no record of me paying for a business plan since 2018 and we are now almost half way through 2026.
If you can’t get answers and you’re paying monthly then there’s no hope for me to gain any clarity at all with a free plan. I’m now looking for other options.
