Backup of site?

    I’m fairly new at this whole website thing! I got this email when I supplied Host Gator with the info they requested: ‘I apologize for the inconvenience, but your BlueHost account appears to be expired at this time. This prevents us from accessing it to retrieve your site contents, but we may still be able to perform the migration if you could provide us with a backup of your source account or alternatively restore it’s service so we can begin.’ Since I used you to build my site, do you have the ‘Backup’ copy of my site?

    Hi there,

    We do not have your content, no, as your site was not hosted with us on WordPress.com. It was hosted with Bluehost.com, so only Bluehost.com will be able to provide you with a backup of your old site with them.
