  I want to back up the complete content of my blog(http://sarwatsfamilykitchen.wordpress.com) website including the media files (images). How can I do that ?

  The export tool will give you a complete export of your content, excluding the media.

  To fetch the media to your computer, you’ll need to install WordPress on it, and do an import using the export file. This will give you the ability to download all your media files.

  There are many ways to install WordPress on your computer, but if you’re using a PC, something like http://www.instantwp.com/ might be helpful.

  Alternatively you can install WordPress on a web host, and run the import there. This should give you the ability to download your media filed through FTP.
