Backup policy

  Hi
  I have Bluehost Site Backup pro for my WP site. It has 3 types of backup:
  Daily, Weekly & Monthly.
  What are the difference between these? Is e.g. Daily a partial backup? Is monthly a full backup?
  I cannot find any documentation on this.

  Bluehost says I should download backups as an extra security, so it would be nice to know what I actually download.
