  I want to back up my blog.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there,

  You can get an Export of your blog by going to Tools > Export in your WP Admin Dashboard. Note that it will be an xml file of your site which you can Import into any WordPress.com blog.
