Backup site contents and delete to restart

    Hello,

    I am trying to back up my posts and media, then clear the contents from this site. I want to reorganize everything and I think it would just be easier to do if I started from scratch. What is the best way to go about this?

    Hi there,

    What exactly do you want to do?

    It’s possible to export all your posts and pages as an XML file, but that file won’t contain any of your media files. You’ll also only be able to import that file all at once to your site, making it look exactly like it looked before. We don’t offer any other backup options, as that’s something we already do behind the scenes, and there’s no way to export your media files.

    If you can help me better understand what your aims are I might be able to offer you some alternatives.
