Backup Subscription Access Debacle
-
I initially started a VaultPress daily backup subscription, at $1 for the first month, on Feb. 3rd. Prior to its next payment, I canceled it and signed up for different JetPack backup subscription, with payment through Bluehost, and the following features: Automated daily backups, at $4.99/month, unlimited site restores, unlimited storage size, 30-day backup archives, 30-day log of site changes and one-click restore from desktop or mobile app. Your system would not allow me to create a new set of login credentials, so I concluded those from the first account would link to my new account, and all my backups would transfer to this new backup account purchased through Bluehost; but there is a system error occurring. I am unable to access the new account and create a new set of login credentials. My access through Bluehost points to the first account, and will not allow the creation of a new set of login credentials.
So, since the first account was canceled on March 1st, and I paid for backup service via Bluehost on March 1st, why am I unable to access the last backup, in your vault, via my existing new account subscription? I would like the ability to access the backup in my old account, which was completed on March 5th, and then have my existing credentials linked to my new Bluehost-JetPack backup account or have the ability to create a new set of login credentials.

Hi there,
It sounds like you are needing help with the Jetpack plugin, but have landed on the support forum for WordPress.com sites instead. Can you please report this issue to Jetpack support by asking here? They will be in the best position to get your backups sorted out, thanks!
