Backup webite – jetpack connection failed

  • Unknown's avatar

I have renewed my site plan today and wanted to continue work on this website I have been working on for a while. I am trying to restore my site using jetpack. I’ve tried all the different recommend methods such as deactivating all plugins, waiting 15-30mins for jetpack to load yet all efforts have failed. How do I restore my website to its previous form before my site plan was cancelled? URGENT please help
