Backup without upgrade of WordPress Plan

  I need to get a backup pf my website without going to upgrade with a new Plan. Please help.

  Hey there,

  While it is not possible to download a backup of your site without the WordPress.com Business plan, you can export all of your site content. To do so, navigate Tools > Export, and select which content you wish to include in the export. Then select Export or Export all to download your site content.
