Hi J!
Can you let us know what URL you are working with? If it is https://jrphdba.com/ You can check out this support document that covers backup of the site on WordPress.com:
If the URL is something different please let us know so we can make sure the correct information is provided :)
Thanks!

Hi J!
Sorry for my late response! The short answer is: You sure can, as long as certain criteria is met.
The long answer is: For WordPress.COM everything is backed up regularly, the backup link covers what you can export manually for your own records. If you have a Business Plan with a site you have the ability to install plugins, this could allow you to install a backup specific plugin which may grab more. A list of built in plugins for WordPress.COM can be found here.
For WordPress.ORG as you would have it hosted on a different server you can ask the server host what backups they offer or use. There are different plugins which can help with backups. Speak to your host for one that can work for you.
Also, the Jetpack plugin can do backups via VaultPress. Specifics on what is backed up is located here.
I hope this addresses your question! If you have any more or if it did not please let me know :)
Happy WordPressing!

Hi there,
I don’t see any WordPress.com sites in your account, which means you’re most likely asking about a self-hosted site.
We recommend VaultPress, which is included in all paid Jetpack plans. For more options, please ask over in the self-hosted WordPress forums instead:
