  Hi,

  Is there a way we can ask regarding one of our WordPress Data? We were using WordPress and we integrated it to DreamPress by Dreamhost. Then we accidentally did not have any back up and Dreamhost does not have any back up as well.(We don’t have jetpack as well)

  Is there a chance we can recover our WordPress data so that we can launch the site again?

  The website is koverageone.com

  We know that we have it on WordPress since we used DreamPress for it.

  Many thanks for reaching out.

  Looking at https://koverageone.com/ – it looks like images are missing from the site. Is this the reason why you’re looking to locate a backup?

  The reason why I ask is because, I can see other assets in the site load – so I’m wondering what actions have change the website for this to happen, if you’re able to detail more, we can guide you into the right direction.

  To note, currently the site is not hosted on WordPress.com, and with out Jetpack installed, support is very limited.

  Back-ups is something built into the business plan here at WordPress.com, so if the images can be retained, you may wish to consider migrating the site over to WordPress.com, to help with that facility.

  It’s even easier now to migrate the site over to WordPress.com, using this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/wpcom-migration/, but let’s first solve the mystery of the missing images. :)
