  Hey there @wesoa3b266bbaa8, we’re checking into this for you.

  While we do that, I noticed you have more than one account associated with this site. This account has the Jetpack connection, while the other account owns the upgrade. Is that intentional? I’m wondering whether that could be causing issues, so please let us know. Thanks!
