  Why is opening quotation mark on A Grand Affaire (near the end of the POST) backwards?

  I’ve tried numerous things, but it always ends up backwards.

  I believe all you need to do is put a space between the — and the “A.

  Yes. Leaving a space “solves” it…
  but I DON’T WANT a space.
  That’s why I wrote it that way.

  So you’re saying you started a thread asking why the quote marks were backwards, already knowing that leaving a space would cure your problem, but you decided not to mention that you didn’t want a space. Nice.

  If you don’t want a space, write it out with a space: PARK– ”A then put the cursor to the left of the quote mark and hit the backspace button. If you don’t have any ‘auto-correct’ feature running it should work.
