  I would like to have an extension ‘memiresdargiles.com’ and it doesn’t work..Thank you for your help.

  In order to remove the .wordpress.com URL and replace that with a domain URL you have to purchase either a Premium upgrade http://store.wordpress.com/plans/premium/ or a Business upgrade http://store.wordpress.com/plans/business/. Both upgrades are renewable annually and you are billed annually for them.
