Bad install

    I started to set up my blog and got it up but if you type in my site name it takes you to the host cpanel. I reinstalled through host cpanel and now I have have a different site with the same URL. On the first one I can change in dashboard and post and everything, but nobody can visit my site. On the second install you can navigate to the site but I can’t access the dashboard to make posts or set up my site. Yes this is my first site and yes I feel really stupid.
    I’m really confused
