  On your support page at:
  http://en.support.wordpress.com/xml-rpc/windows-live-writer/
  the first words on the first paragragh are:
  “Windows Live Writer”.
  Those words have a link to:
  http:://windowslivewriter.spaces.live.com
  That URL is no longer valid.

  Sorry, extra colon in second URL is typo, should be:
  http://windowslivewriter.spaces.live.com
