Bad remote download link

  Hello, we are getting error reports for my website. The digital downloads we provide are getting an error message that reads “Bad Remote download link”. We got in contact with e-Junkie (the service we use for the purchases) and there seems to be no issues on their end. It appears that there’s something clogging up the download pipeline on the server for our WordPress.

  Can you confirm that you are getting “Bad Remote download link” error with gepnewstream.wordpress.com ?

  The site at http://gepnewstream.wordpress.com/ is empty, and we don’t have any integration with e-Junkie, so I suspect you are using the open source WordPress software found on WordPress.org.

  If this is a problem with your server, please contact your hosting provider, as we have no control over your servers and we’re not able to help with the version of WordPress you are using..
