  So from searching around looks like this badge cannot be used right??

  “shockwave flash” The software here at wordpress.com is stripping the code out to preserve security as this is a multiuser blogging platform. See > http://en.support.wordpress.com/code/ and http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  You can take a screenshot of any image resize it and link to the site from it. There are two alternatives. See: http://en.support.wordpress.com/widgets/image-widget/ and http://en.support.wordpress.com/widgets/text-widget/
