  Me llegó un mail que pronto se renovaría el pack de wordpress para mi sitio web http://www.webdecaballito.com pero yo no lo uso hace dos años; les pido por favor la baja del servicio. Gracias. Saludos.

  I’m not seeing any upgrades associated with the WordPress.com user account you are posting from. This typically happens when you’ve ended up with a second WordPress.com user account and that second account is the one that owns the upgrade. You’ll need to log into THAT account in order to make any changes.

  If you do not have access to that second account, here are a few options:

  Quiero darle de baja al paquete de wordpress que se está por renovar en abril para el sitio http://www.webdecaballito.com.ar y no me toman la baja. No sé más como pedirlo. Tengo otros dos portales a los que no puedo entrar, pero les brindo esta info para que puedan ayudarme: http://www.buenosairesinclusiva.com.ar; http://www.parquechacabuco.com.ar
  Hace más de 5 horas que estoy acá dando vueltas tratando de darle de baja al wordpress de http://www.webdecaballito.com.ar les pido por favor que me tomen la baja.

  That belongs to a different WordPress.com account, not the one you’re currently logged in to.

  When logged in to the correct account, you’ll be able to cancel or disable auto-renew on these from https://wordpress.com/me/purchases

  If you don’t recall the password for the correct account, we have some options for you at https://wordpress.com/support/account-recovery/

  Since you keep creating new duplicate threads, I’ll respond to you here.

  The website webdecaballito.com.ar is not hosted here at WordPress.com and we don’t have any paid upgrades for this site.

  Additionally, the domain name servers for webdecaballito.com.ar appear to be from the hosting company towebs.com which is a different company from WordPress.com.

  If you have a plan with them, you would need to contact them to cancel the renewal.

  Since your site is not hosted here nor is your domain registered here, there is nothing WordPress.com staff can do to help you here.
