I have a wordpress site that i have operated for a few years now … but everytime there is an update the way my pages display goes wacky … instead of seeing my full home page i see an ‘expanded’ version of a page section .. all red currently . I dont know how to get rid of this and i dont know why it occurs .. can you help me out. My web developer is no longer around.

I pulled your site up and it looks fine for me. Can you post a screenshot of what you’re seeing? That may make it easier to figure out what is going on. Also, try clearing your browser cache just in case something is stuck in the browser. If it’s still acting up after that, post a screenshot and we can go from there.

I’m afraid that, your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with iPage.
Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.
