Balasana theme: change hover colour on main menu

  How do I change the colour of the text on the main menu when I hover over the text? Currently when I hover, the word becomes underlined but text colour does not change. I’d like to change the text and underline to a different colour when I hover.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
