balloon in toolbar

  I don’t know what it is called. The conversation balloon in my toolbar between “New Post” and my name. It will do the drop down when I click on it; however, if I click on one of the comments to look at, it begins a “wait” circle which never finishes. This happens about 95% of the time now.
