'Balloons' Theme not working for mobile

Balloons/Free WP Theme:
Balloons not showing up in mobile version-Can anyone please tell me how to fix this! Love the theme but it loses so much not having the balloon feature on mobile! Also title text format changes on mobile…Is this editable?

Balloons not showing up in mobile version
So the theme is actually designed to hide the balloon images at widths of 800px or less when a custom background is set. With either the Premium or Business plans, CSS code can be added to the site to make the balloons show again. If you decide to upgrade, we can help with the necessary CSS in our CSS forum.
Also title text format changes on mobile…Is this editable?
I’m not clear on what you mean by this. Could you share some additional details on what you’re seeing when you look at the desktop compared to the mobile view?
Feel free to create a screenshot and upload it to your site from My Sites > Media > Add. I’ll be able to see it there and take a look. -

I’ll stick with the free theme for the moment, but glad to know I wasn’t doing something wrong regarding the balloons :)
As for the text-I Think it was just a loading error-the title text was loading first as the set font for the theme before it changed to the one I had set.

Ah ok. That sounds familiar. Here’s a link to another thread with a comment that explains why that happens and what can be done about it.
