  How can I have a free site? Is iit possible with BAM theme?

  And the site under your account here, https://hakadalopp.wordpress.com/ is under our free plan, free for life.

  As for the BAM theme, you will need a paid Pro plan to add third-party themes to your site: https://wordpress.com/support/themes/uploading-setting-up-custom-themes/

  With that said, we do have hundreds of themes available; no paid plan is required: https://wordpress.com/themes
