BandPage Import Issue

    How do I import BandPage content if the BandPage connect button doesn’t do anything? I have followed all the steps but when I click “BandPage Connect” nothing happens. I have tried logging out of everything and logging back in, but that didn’t help.

    Hi there – Can you please try this from an alternate browser, such as Firefox to see if you have the same problem? If so, a screenshot of what you’re seeing when you press Connect would be a big help. Here are instructions for how to make a screenshot: http://en.support.wordpress.com/make-a-screenshot/

    You can upload it to your blog’s Media Library and I can look at it there.
