  I’m not sure which site you need help with but you should contact your hosting provider to increase your bandwidth. I hope this helps!

  We do not have any bandwidth limits on WordPress.com, so you’re using the open source WordPress software at another hosting provider. Support for that software can be found at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/, but in this case you need to contact your hosting provider as suggested above.
