Bandwidth Limit Exceeded

I’ve apparently reached the limit of my bandwidth. I’ll upgrade, but it wont even let me back into the site editor or account to upgrade or modify my site. How can i get back into the site or get more bandwidth?

We are unable to help because we don’t host your site directly on our WordPress.com managed hosting. Instead, your site is hosted with a different provider on a separate host, and we’re unable to access your site’s backend to take a closer look. But I can get you pointed in the right direction.
You need to contact your hosting provider for help with this particular error on your site. Since they’re hosting your site’s files, they also have access to those files and are the best ones to help you find and fix this problem since they’re the ones who determine your site bandwidth limits.
