  Customers are complaining that my website is down because bandwith exceeded. I can’t even login through word press because it takes directly to my site. I need this fixed immediately please. Im losing sales

  I suppose you are using wordpress.org as there is no bandwidth exceeded problem in wordpress.com as I have searched the wordpress.com forums.

  wordpress.com and wordpress.org have differences.
