I think you have the decimal a bit off. I see a recent renewal charge for the premium plan and domain, mcsparks.com, at a cost of $99 (US), which is around ZAR1170 at the moment. All our plans renew annually, and we renew them a month before expiration to ensure they don’t expire due to a failed payment.
If you no longer with to have this plan and domain, please confirm and I’d be happy to refund you. Cancelled domains are not released immediately, and it can take anything from a few days to over a year before a cancelled domain becomes available again, if at all. You should never cancel a domain that you still want to use, as there’s no guarantee that you’ll be able to use it again somewhere else in future. Only cancel a domain if you’re completely sure you no longer want it at all. Also note we’ll only be able to refund the domain for the next 48 hours.
If you want to cancel the plan but keep the domain we will issue a partial refund instead.
