Bank card charged without authorization, refund now!

  You auto renewed my domain to the tune of $17.00 without my authorization and WELL BEFORE it expires on November 30, 2011. I WANT A REFUND IMMEDIATELY or I will file a fraud report with my bank. Please contact me immediately!!!!

  We automatically renew domain registrations one month before their expiration date to ensure that you never lose ownership of your domain and send out a few notification emails before this charge takes place. We can go ahead and cancel your domain name and provide a refund, but you may not be able to get it back in the future. Is that okay with you?

  Otherwise, your domain is now set to expire on November 30, 2012.
