  our domain bankarts.com is up for renewal. We would like to renew it. We don’t know if it renews automatically. The links to dashboard and ‘manage my account’ only lead to our private websites with wordpress, but not to the bankarts.com account, which belongs to a community group for which we volunteer.

  Hi @soenkestruve, it seems this was able to renew automatically.

  To manage it, are you able to log into the account that owns the domain? It would be the one that receives email renewal reminders.
