Banned IP?

    Hello,

    As asked on the french forum, I post my question here.

    I have a web account at Arvixe where I installed Tiny Tiny RSS. All was right until some weeks ago when all the RSS feeds from websites hosted on *.wordpress.com didn’t work anymore (no update).

    It seems that the european server’s IP (185.21.132.44) is banned on WordPress. Then, RSS feeds are no more updated on TT-RSS.

    Someone can do something?

    Hello there!

    I don’t see a site that you have hosted here at WordPress.com. Could you please provide me with that URL?

    The only WordPress sites that appear connected to your account are self-hosted WordPress.org sites.

    If these are the sites to which you refer, because they are self-hosted with a different provider, support staff at WordPress.com do not have access to your sites’ files or the ability to provide support for your current issue.
