banned IP class?

  all the clients of a local provider can`t enter wordpress blog. the ip is 86.122.*.*

  Can they not even get to the site or are their comments getting dumped into Akismet? Ultimately, I think this is something that will require staff intervention.

  Support (through your dashboard) is closed until Monday morning. But an email can be sent to support at wordpress dot com.

  We don’t ban IP’s, but we know that we are unreachable from some countries.

  If someone cannot see any blog at all, the problem is with the ISP.
