Banned website

I was notified my website will be banned on WordPress.com for violating rules. I responded to their email and have messaged them to get answers and a refund if they will close my website as I paid almost $600 for a year. They have been unresponsive and this is the only place I can turn to besides Better Business Bureau. I was not aware of the violation as there are other websites conducting the same business type and I am legally licensed by the federal government to do so and I follow strict guidelines while doing it. Please help.
