banner

    Hi!
The last post I wrote (#bemyvalentine, with the Elizabeth & James picture) is properly displayed within the blog BUT also appears in a large banner just below the blog’s title (additionally to the 4 squares featured banner, which I want to keep!).
    I do not want that…
This is the 1st time it happens.
How do I get rid/avoid having my latest post appear in that large banner?
    Thank you,
    Helene.

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    Hi Helene,

That’s a feature of the Chronicle theme you’re using. The banner is called the “Homepage Slider” and you can disable it in your site’s Customizer.

In the Customizer, open the Theme section. On that screen, under “Homepage Slider Category” you can choose “No Categories (Hide).” That will hide the slider (banner) so it doesn’t appear on your home page.

Please let me know if you have any questions about that. :) You can also get more help from the theme author directly in the Chronicle support forum, if you have any other questions or concerns about the theme.
