  hi there,

  can i put banner to my other blog that host outside wp,com? example: http://wp.me/p3XvyV-N1
  you can see in my sidebar there’s a banner linking to http://semakinra.me

  it’s not affiliate link or link that violates wp.com TOS

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  It would be fine to create a widget/image/button that links your WordPress.com site to an outside site that belongs to you!
