  Every time I open my WordPress page for the first time each day, a banner is across the top of the page that says ‘Create Your Website At WordPress.com’. The problem is it blocks out my menu bar for the page and I can’t navigate the page. Is there a way to move it to the bottom of the page ?

  Besides dismissing it, there is no way to move it currently.

  Someone else had this problem earlier and staff removed the banner and thanked that person for bringing it to their attention. Just thought I’d mention that before this person pays money to upgrade!

  Hm, that was a site-wide fix to adjust the banner on certain themes, so yes it might be fixed now for you too. :)
